  • When our expertly trained Emergency Resolution Team receive an alarm call, they will know who is calling and from where.
  • The Emergency Resolution Team will speak with the alarm user directly through the alarm equipment.
  • Even if the alarm user is unable to speak, the team will have the alarm user’s emergency contacts and medical information to hand.
  • They will quickly assess the situation and a family member or friend will be contacted if help is required.
  • If medical assistance is needed, or family and friends cannot be reached, then the emergency services will be called.
  • An alarm call is triggered by the monitored personal alarm to our 24-hour Emergency Resolution Team
  • The alarm call will be quickly answered by our locally-based Emergency Resolution Team
  • The highly trained Emergency Resolution Team will speak with the alarm user through the alarm equipment and decide what action to take.
  • A fully equipped Ambulance team will be sent to pick the Elderly in case of an emergency and will be shifted to the nearest hospital.
  • Calls will be made to the immediate relative updating the emergency procedures.
  • All necessary registration / admission formalities at the hospital will be taken care off by our Telecare team, until the immediate relative reaches the hospital.
